Naheed graduated with a degree in Applied Science – Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, Canada and joined Baylis Medical Company as their first R&D Engineer working on a Radio Frequency Catheter interventional Technology solution to treat neonates born with a cardiac condition called Pulmonary Atresia. After developing, validating and obtaining regulatory clearance for the RF Technology Solution in the Canadian, US and European markets, Naheed transitioned into a commercial role where grew direct sales teams and channel partners in 40 countries to scale the commercial opportunities for Baylis Technology Solutions.
Naheed has held senior commercial roles at Boston Scientific, Hansen Medical, Heart Sciences, LindaCare and prior to joining BlueSkeye, with Cardiologs where he was part of the executive team that successfully scaled the business over a two year period leading to a successful acquisition by Philips.
Naheed is an accomplished Commercial Leader with expertise in Technology Solutions and Digital Health and has a proven record of success in commercial and business development roles at the EMEA level including P&L management, sales leadership, new business development and channel management.
