Job Brief

We are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to manage the development pathway of our products, our core technology, the features and functionality for end-user products as determined by the  market and by BlueSkeye Customers. The Product Manager will oversee our product owners and provide expertise and insights into market and customer needs; contribute to assessing these for potential commercial value and technical feasibility and work with the commercial and technical executive management to define the product roadmap.

The successful applicant will be required to work closely with our customers as well as our in-house product owners and technology and engineering teams.

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills coupled with using commercial acumen to discern how technical products will be used in the customer environment. Previous product management experience is desirable but more important is the desire to work in a dynamic intellectually agile environment and to apply their core skills to the challenges we face in our growing business.

The successful candidate may have started their career in a software engineering background, preferably with some experience in the clinical or health and wellbeing market.

Salary: £40- 50k, PA + share options

Line Manager: Global Account Director (but reporting to CTO and senior management team regularly)
